Bob Lobascio has over twenty years of senior management experience. Prior to joining Quantum Learning Solutions, he held titles as general sales manager and VP of sales at two Fortune 500 organizations, helping both to achieve record earnings growth.
Beyond sales, Bob has a deep understanding of the correlation between effective leadership training and bottom-line results. Bob has personally guided organizations through meteoric growth, mergers and acquisitions, and market turbulence. His real-world experience coupled with his passion for high-performing teams is a true asset to Quantum.
Most recently, Bob worked with Corporate Sales Coaches to develop custom training programs based on clients’ organizational needs. He helped CSC create reinforcement processes to ensure lasting growth and drive ROI. Bob’s work on coaching solutions supported companies in the following industries: publishing, technology services, professional services, higher education, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and telecommunications.
Bob holds a degree in political science and history from New York University. He holds several certifications in technology, training, and management development. He’s also credited with delivering a “wicked” tennis serve.
