This program utilizes the DiSCĀ® model for helping team members learn more about themselves and how to work most effectively with each member on the team.
  • Encouraging Innovation in Teams
    Understanding individual approaches to group processes is vital to creating high-performance teams. This program helps team members work from their strengths to identify their most natural team role: Creator, Advancer, Refiner, Executor or Flexor. Participants learn how to use their roles when applying the "Z Process" for innovation. This enhances creativity and reduces cycle time to accomplish team objectives.
